We are looking for creative and enthusiastic people for the position of Finance Asistant. You will be responsible for doing basic finance tasks for our client – a fast ferry operator.
Responsibilities:
- Daily procesing of financial data such but no limited to assets, liabilities, expenses, revenue, etc;
- Help the manager and other team members with administrative, secretarial and financial duties;
- Assist in the collection of account receivables and in the payment of account payables;
- Responsible for petty cash administration, including cash payments and cash receivables.
Requirements:
- Creative, enthusiastic individual from Batam – fresh graduates or welcome to apply !
- Diploma (D3) or Degree (S1) in Finance & Accounting, Economics or similar discipline;
- Good communication skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English both oral as written;
- Self-motivated, social and independent – not afraid to show initiative at the job;
- Being able to speak Mandarin or any other foreign language would be an added advantage.
