Currently one of our clients, a leading supplier of large-automation robot system company, is looking for Site Support Engineer for their new plant in Cikarang, West Java, with requirement:
Male preferred
Minimum Bachelor Degree from Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering
Fluent in English language in writing and in speech is a MUST
Has capability of understanding the functionality and logistics of automated materials handling system.
Has capability of analyzing and solving existing error situations in a systematic way.
Has capacity to negotiate and lead a discussion…and summarize the facts systematically.
Well organized, consequent and “solid personality”
Experience from projecting, project management.
Practical capability to do basic maintenance job according to the instructions of HelpDesk.
Working location: Cikarang
Job Description:
Act as a “right hand” for team leader/project managers by giving local support / local aspect / local interpretation of situations
Act as a bridge between company and its specialists and the end customer by contacting and communicating with HelpDesk Engineers (in Finland) for solving the difficult error cases
Keeps very good records on all communication between company and endcustomer
Supervising and helping Hankook operators on daily production problem situations with PCR Automation
Monitoring possible production faults / disturbances when needed
All solutions to be presented to the endcustomer must be approved by project manger / team leader/ specialist
