LEGAL MANAGER – PAPUA BASED

Requirement :

Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Law
Has 3 years experience in this position and in corporate law and contract drafting in prominent law firm or multinational company (prefer from agribusiness company)
Able to review and make draft documents related to the operations of company , e.g., agreements and corporate documents.
Providing advices related to the operations of company, including but not limited to the capital market laws and regulations.
Monitoring compliance of with the prevailing laws and regulations, including but not limited to the licenses and their requirements.
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Fast learner and hard worker
Can work under pressure
